A high percentage of Russian speaking immigrants are Jewish and have relatives and connections with Israel. Because of the a high interest from people to learn Hebrew and visit Israel we started a Hebrew class, Course on Jewish History, and Biblical Hebrew for both English and Russian speaking students as a great opportunity to make the Bible come alive. Unfortunately, due to the specialty of this subject it is difficult to find volunteer teachers which hinders our efforts to meet the high demand of this ministry.  |
